If you are like us, there are days that you just crave biting into a big ole’ piece of pizza in typical American fashion! Well, unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, traditional pizza is all kinds of wrong if you are trying to follow the Dr. Brown diet. So this is our attempt at satisfying that craving while still sticking to the recommended guidelines. We think it turned out pretty dang good if we do say so ourselves … give it a try so you can be the judge!

Step 3: Add egg, and beat it into the dough.
Step 4: Roll dough into a ball and spread it out to desired thickness onto foil or parchment lined pan.
Step 6: Place in Pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Once cooled, spread sauce onto center of dough.

Over the past two years, we have tried many paleo crust recipes and this one is by far our favorite. Couple that with the most mild sheep cheeses we have found, and voila, you have a tasty Dr. Brown approved pizza! And as it is with normal pizza, the possibilities really are endless! We’d love for you to try out this recipe this week, but add your own flair by using your favorite toppings. Place a pic in the comments or on the Facebook page so we can see what you come up with! =)
