So if you are like me, you are probably always on the lookout for yummy appetizer recipes. These stuffed jalepeños are perfect for any occasion … a family bar-b-que, a girl’s night in, or even a fancy work party. Or make them for yourself over the weekend and have them available as quick, delicious real food snacks throughout the week. They are so good… you may not want to share! 😉
Ingredients:
- 7 medium jalapeño peppers
- 6 oz herbed cashew cheese or herbed goat cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 package uncured turkey bacon
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F and wash jalepenos.
Step 2: Slice in half length wise, and remove seeds.
Step 3: Make sure cheese is soft and spreadable. Spread about a tablespoon of cashew cheese in cleaned pepper.
Step 4: Cut bacon length wise. and wrap stuffed pepper.
Step 5: Place on lipped baking sheet and cook for 30-35 minutes.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
