Broccoli Slaw

This broccoli salad is delicious and makes the perfect side dish for your next BBQ!
Ingredients
- 5 c broccoli florets,uncooked
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ c raisins or cranberries
- 1 c sheep feta or manchego grated
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Instructions
- Wash and slice broccoli florets into small, pieces.
- Place in Tupperware bowl with lid.
- Add onion, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, raisins or cranberries, mayo, cheese of choice and vinegar.
- Place lid on securely and shake vigorously until well combined.
- Allow to chill for a few hours or over night.
- Serve well chilled.
