Turkey Sausage, Zucchini and Pepper K-Bobs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Pre-Cooked Turkey Kalbasa
- 1 Large Zucchini
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Small Apple
- ¼ c Olive Oil
- 1 T Honey
- 1 T Balsamic
- 1 t Oregeno
Instructions
- Heat and oil grill well
- Cut kalbasa into 1-inch pieces
- Cut veggies into the same
- Mix oil, honey, balsamic and oregano together. pour in a bag with kalbasa and veggies. Let Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Start placing kalbasa and veggies on skewers alternating.
- Place on hot grill and turn about every 5 minutes
