This paleo version of an American classic is sure to hit the spot when you are craving pepperoni pizza!
Ingredients
- Paleo Pizza Crust
- 3 T grated Manchego cheese
- 3 T Romano cheese
- ¼ c organic tomato paste or pizza sauce
- ¼ small red onion, sliced
- 12 organic turkey pepperonis
Instructions
- Prepare crust according to directions except roll out entire ball of dough onto one pizza pan.
- Add tomato paste or pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Add red onion slices.
- Top with pepperonis.
- Bake at 350F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
