Paleo turkey wraps make for a great lunch or quick and easy dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 lb nitrite free smoked turkey breast
- 1 lb uncured turkey bacon (cooked-- baked in oven for 15 mins at 425)
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- Iceberg or romaine lettuce
- Paleo mayo, ranch or mustard as desired
- Paleo wraps
Instructions
- Place a paleo wrapper flat on a plate or cutting board.
- Put on favorite sauce.
- Layer with turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
- Roll up and enjoy!
