Paleo Turkey Wraps

Paleo turkey wraps make for a great lunch or quick and easy dinner!
Ingredients
  • 1 lb nitrite free smoked turkey breast
  • 1 lb uncured turkey bacon (cooked-- baked in oven for 15 mins at 425)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • Iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • Paleo mayo, ranch or mustard as desired
  • Paleo wraps
Instructions
  1. Place a paleo wrapper flat on a plate or cutting board.
  2. Put on favorite sauce.
  3. Layer with turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
  4. Roll up and enjoy!
