Pecan Crusted Trout

This pecan crusted trout is full of flavor and breaded with the perfect crunchy bread-less crust!
Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) trout fillets or fish of choice
- 1 c ground pecans
- ¼ c hazelnut meal
- ¼ c minced parsley
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl, mix pecans, hazelnut meal, and minced parsley.
- Place trout on a baking dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste,
- Brush with olive oil.
- Coat fish with nut mixture.
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
