Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- ½ bell pepper, chopped
- ½ c pine nuts
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t sea salt
- ½ t black pepper
- 1 c ketchup, Dr. Brown approved store bought version or homemade
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine ground beef, pine nuts, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Once thoroughly mixed, place in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the meatloaf with spices and cover the top with ketchup.
- Bake for 45 min to 1 hour.
