Ingredients
- 2 lbs chopped asparagus
- 3 t red pepper flakes
- 1 T honey
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T water
- 1 T fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet to med-high heat.
- Add olive oil and chopped asparagus and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and honey, and simmer until almost cooked out.
- Add fish sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Cook 1 more minute and remove from heat and plate.
